About Kerri
I’m the proud owner of NitroFlex Gym, and fitness has always been at the heart of my life.
My childhood was spent taking almost daily dance lessons, which eventually led me to study dance at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute. That foundation instilled in me a lifelong appreciation for movement, discipline, and the powerful connection between physical strength and emotional well-being.
As a mom of four kids—all of whom share a passion for exercise and healthy living—staying active has always been a family affair. That same energy and love for movement is what I bring to NitroFlex every day.
To me, NitroFlex isn’t just a gym—it’s a community built on strength, passion, and connection. My goal is to create an environment where every member, regardless of fitness level, feels empowered to push past limits, find balance, and discover the joy of movement.
